At Welcome Skateboards, we want to ensure you are stoked on your gear; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all skate decks remain in their original shrink wrap and apparel has tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring skateboards are protected to prevent damage during transit.

Ship It Back

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Once our warehouse inspects the gear for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
