When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy for skate decks?

We accept returns on unused, un-gripped, and un-skated decks in their original shrink wrap within 30 days of purchase. Once a deck has been assembled or skated, it cannot be returned.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

How do I know which board shape is right for me?

Welcome is known for unique shapes. Check our 'Shape Guide' on each product page to see the dimensions and recommended riding style for every specific deck.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

We aim to process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact our support team immediately. Once an order has reached the packing stage, we can no longer modify it.
